So many adventures await you…hiking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, rafting, skiing, zip-lining, huckleberry picking, fine dining, and maybe even a visit to the old historic town of Polebridge …the list goes on and on.
Situated on a 16 acre homestead surrounded by farmland and mountain ranges, the adorable Kindal Kottage is centrally located between the towns of Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Bigfork, and Whitefish. Best of all… it’s only 17 miles to the West Entrance of Glacier National Park!!!
This modern, trendy, spacious and cozy home is beautifully designed and meticulously clean. Bright and airy, with so many windows that there’s no escaping the amazing mountain views no matter where you’re sitting!
But don’t let the the peace and tranquility of this place fool you, it’s only 10 minutes from all the modern conveniences you might want…grocery stores, shopping, breweries, pubs, and some really great restaurants! If you just can’t bear to leave this beautiful home, you can always enjoy outdoor grilling on the propane BBQ, or cook on the professional duel fuel range inside.
You will find all the amenities you need in this high end kitchen, including cookware, blender, toaster, Kuerig organic coffee, teas, creamer, spices, sugar, oils, condiments etc. There will be pancake mix, maple syrup and butter provided in the fridge for you.
Grab the binoculars (hanging on the coat rack) and glass the mountain…you just might see the local herd of elk parade across the meadow. After a full day’s adventure, come home and relax around the campfire, and yes… you’ll find your smore’s fixin’s in the pantry! When the day is done, you can snuggle into the plush comfy bed for a dreamy night’s sleep.

Starting the 2023 season, in addition to your park pass, you will need a vehicle registration ticket in order to be able to enter the park between the hours of 6am and 3pm. The dates the ticket entry system is in effect are as follows: Keep in mind that these dates may vary each year. It’s always best to go to the Glacier Natl Park website as there may be updates, and has loads of great info!
May 26 through September 10 - reservations are required for Going-to-the-Sun Road westside entrances and the North Fork from 6 am to 3 pm.
July 1 through September 10 -reservations are required for east side entrances including Many Glacier, Two Medicine, and Going-to-the-Sun Road from Rising Sun from 6 am to 3 pm.
